To the international community and human conscience

Since October 7, prisoners have been subjected to a fierce and unprecedented campaign of abuse and torture by the Israeli occupation prison authorities and administrations. It was represented by the following:
- Comprehensive, arbitrary oppression and abuse of Palestinian prisoners in all Israeli prisons.
- Spraying rooms with gas.
- Empty the rooms of all property, confiscate and destroy them.
- Pumping firefighting water and wastewater into the rooms.
- Using dogs and special units heavily armed to search rooms.
- Depriving prisoners of all forms of communication with the outside world, including meeting with lawyers.
- Severe beating with sticks and weapons, and breaking hands and legs.
- Systematic starvation of prisoners.
- Confiscating the prisoners’ clothing (leaving only one spare change).
- Prisoners kneel during the repeated counting process.
- Depriving sick prisoners of medication and treatment.
- Insults, threats, intimidation, and solitary confinement for no reason.
- Depriving prisoners of hot water for bathing and toilet paper.
- Cutting off electricity to the rooms and limiting lighting from six in the morning until six in the evening.
This is part of the practices of the occupation authorities against prisoners, which violate all international laws and norms.
We appeal to the International Red Cross, the international community and human rights institutions to intervene quickly to stop this crime against prisoners and to stop the series of systematic executions of prisoners.
Our silence is a disgrace to us...
